The County
Manager's Office provides and
coordinates the staff support for the Lea County Board of Commissioners
and provides general supervision over all County employees. Its primary
function is to implement public policy enacted by the governing body, and
provide leadership services to the community, the management team, and
employees of the County. The department also provides leadership and
technical knowledge to help the Lea County Board of Commissioners carry
out its main purpose . . . to plan for the future.
