Departmental Mission: It is the Maintenance Department's Mission to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the public and county employees. We perform in-house facility maintenance, custodial care and grounds keeping at numerous county-owned complexes.
Departmental Goals: Through constant preventative maintenance procedures, training and teamwork, we strive to give the taxpayers the best return for their investment.
Departmental Strategy: Teamwork, preventative maintenance, constant budget review, contingency planning and training, both in-house and out-sourced. Planning for the future today, prevents a crisis tomorrow.
Departmental Objectives: Communicate and cooperate when a job needs to be done, plan and execute, always look ahead regarding the cost versus the benefit.
